All rates are subject to 5% GST.

Off-season rates are discounted by 30%.

Daily rates are available in the off-season.

25% deposit required at time of booking with balance due 14 days prior to arrival

Guests supply all bedding, towels, linens, toiletries and drinking water

Check-in is 3:00p.m. Saturday

Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Saturday for all cottages with the exception of Chianti and Castellina.

Chianti and Castellina checkout time is 10:00 a.m Saturday.

No pets

All cottages are non-smoking

No unauthorized guests
